Pivoting Height Restriction Barrier With Temporary Access
This height restriction barrier is very similar to the fixed barrier that we offer but features the added advantage of being able to pivot out of the way when needed. This may be to grant access to authorised vehicles that would otherwise exceed the required height restriction. This may be to allow refuse vehicles to access parkland that you would not permit other large vehicles such as vans and caravans to access.
These pivoting height barriers can be used individually or in pairs, this allows them to cater to a variety of widths of roads and access routes. A strong steel upright can be bolted to any suitable foundation making this fast to install.
The pivot can be locked open or closed with the included triangular key, or with a locking pin and padlock (padlock not included). When pivoted the crossbar is moved out of the way of approaching vehicles. When in position high visibility markings in red and white ensure that vehicles can easily spot the height restrictor barrier.
