At Start Safety UK, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your equipment; however, if an item isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and manuals are included to avoid any restocking fees.

  Ship the Goods

  Affix the return label to your package and send it via a tracked courier service to our designated UK warehouse address.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
