The GroundTuff PRO mat is the grown-up big brother to the ever-popular and highly portable GroundTuff mat. Upgraded and made from a durable and high-quality HDPE, the Ground Trak Pro features a different tread pattern on each side, allowing you to tailor each installation for the traffic using the mat. On one side, you have a lighter pedestrian tread, and on the other, a heavy-duty tread designed to grab hold of plant and vehicle tyres. This dual tread design makes the GroundTuff Pro mat suitable for a range of tasks, including military deployments, weddings, concerts, construction and much more.
A load rating of up to 60 tons (when properly supported) means that even heavy vehicles can use this mat. The strong but flexible nature of the GroundTuff Pro allows it to conform to gradients and gradual undulations in the underlaying ground without issue.
Each mat features eight hand-hold cutouts, making handling and positioning the mat easy. The mats are also drilled in the corners allowing link plates and connectors to be used to secure them together preventing separation and slipping when vehicles move over them. Each mat is 2400x1200x12.7mm in size and weighs in at 37.5kg. The non-absorbent nature of these mats makes them ideal for site use as they will not get stuck in mud or deteriorate like plywood alternatives.
Important Please Note: The ground beneath the matting must be structurally sound and free from significant depressions, such as potholes, as these can cause the matting to crack or become damaged.
